You’ll work alongside other EAs supporitng the leadership team.

About the RoleThis is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented position requiring someone who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven setting. You’ll be providing seamless day‑to‑day support, ensuring operations run smoothly and professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating appointments and logistics
- Acting as first point of contact
- Lots of international travel arranging
- Managing communications with efficiency and tact
- Supporting ad‑hoc tasks with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
Requirements
- Previous experience within a retail brand or similar
- Happy to work 5 days onsite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously
- Calm, organised, and unflappable under pressure
- Available to start immediately
