You operate independently but always as part of our wider process, ensuring every client you bring in is supported by our recruitment delivery team.
About the Role
We’re looking for self‑employed freelance partners to help expand our client base. This role suits someone confident speaking to businesses, comfortable with cold outreach and motivated by earning commission from successful placements.
You’ll represent Task Talent Recruitment directly by introducing our services, opening conversations with hiring managers and generating new business opportunities that feed into our internal recruitment workflow. You’re part of a structured system designed to support and convert the opportunities you create.
This is a commission‑only role with no basic salary.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role centres around cold calling and outreach. You will:
- Contact businesses to introduce Task Talent Recruitment
- Speak with hiring managers and decision makers
- Set appointments for follow‑up conversations
- Pitch and close deals if you have previous experience
- Build and manage your own pipeline of potential clients
- Work in alignment with our internal process so new clients transition smoothly into our recruitment delivery team
Leads are provided, but they are cold, so confidence and consistency are important.

There are opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time, including interviewing candidates for client vacancies in addition to booking appointments and, where appropriate, closing new clients.

Earnings and Commission
This is a commission‑only opportunity with no guaranteed income.
Commission is uncapped and paid as a percentage of the agency fee for each successful hire you generate. Higher‑value roles produce higher fees, so your earnings scale with the opportunities you create.
Actual earnings depend on activity, consistency and performance. Recruitment cycles take time, so your first commission may take several weeks or months, but once your pipeline is active, commissions can be strong and reflect the effort you put in.
