Project Overview

This is a JCT D&B scheme involving the full delivery of a new school facility and construction of a new-build car park and associated external works. The timeline is a 45‑week programme commencing July 2026.

Role

• Full site leadership from start of site through to handover
• Managing all subcontractors and ensuring the 45‑week programme stays on track
• Driving Health & Safety, with a specific focus on school‑sector compliance
• Working closely with the design team to manage the D&B process

Candidate Requirements

• Education Experience: Proven track record of delivering school or college projects as a Number 1
• Skills: Strong knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts and experience managing both building and civils/car park packages
• Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid are essential
