GBP70,000 – GBP75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance, Relocation package to be discussed.

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Teams.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead high:value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency
  • Own projects end:to:end:from concept and design to commissioning and handover
  • Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership
  • Champion cutting:edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance
  • Deliver projects that directly impact how a beloved brand is made

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong engineering or technical background
  • Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast:paced, evolving environments
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery
