About the role
As a Lead Manager you will manage your own team, leading from the front on the store floor to provide the best possible service for colleagues and customers. You’ll guide and support your team, spot talent, give feedback and help them grow.
You will maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department, while ensuring safety, compliance and efficient staffing.
