Hiring: Legal Operations Associate
Global streaming business. 12 month contract. London hybrid.
You will step into a busy legal ops team covering multiple parental leaves. Immediate impact role. High visibility. Fast-moving environment.
The role
You take ownership of day-to-day legal operations. You keep the engine running.
- Run the CLM workflow. Track approvals. Chase stakeholders. Keep deals moving
- Support matter management rollout. Onboard teams. Improve adoption
- Manage legal tech tools. Focus on efficiency and automation
- Handle subscription tracking and payment processes
- Work closely with legal, finance and business teams
- Identify process gaps. Fix them
This is operational. Hands-on. High volume. You need pace and discipline.
What they want
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in legal operations or similar
- Strong exposure to CLM and contract processes
- Comfortable with matter management systems
- You use AI or automation to improve speed
- You are proactive. You follow through. You don’t wait to be told
