Overview

Since 2011, we’ve pioneered youth-led orchestral music that challenges conventions and amplifies unheard voices. Today, young people aged 14-18 are at the heart of our creative process. We are looking for a Programmes Manager (Maternity Cover) who can match this creative ambition with operational excellence, ensuring our work is executed safely, inclusively, and to the highest professional standards.

• Building safe, inclusive, and professional environments for artists and participants.
• Managing complex logistics with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Championing equity, diversity, and inclusion in every operational detail.
