Technical Services Manager

Overview

The client is a global corporate banking organisation. The site is mission‑critical to their UK operations, and it will expand with large refurb and construction projects. It hosts around 2,000 personnel and a range of leisure facilities on a lakeside campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across the site, reviewing SOPs, EOPs and compliance to drive operational efficiencies.
• Act as a liaison between the BAU team and project functions, representing the client in project meetings to ensure seamless integration of projects with site operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams (PPM, reactive delivery) and stakeholders to elevate engineering delivery and implement best practice.
