Position: US Capital Markets Associate

Compensation: $235K – $260K
An excellent opportunity has opened for a Capital Markets Associate to join a growing team within a leading international law firm in London. This is a chance to work on high-value, complex transactions that span traditional capital markets and the capital markets elements of M&A, restructuring, and asset management.

Your Role
- Advise on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
- Collaborate on cross-border capital markets aspects of M&A and restructuring matters.
- Develop strong client relationships through high-impact, strategic legal support.

- 2nd or 3rd-year associate with experience in capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
