This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to the correct care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, including medication administration and health monitoring
- Work with care staff and external professionals to maintain and update care plans
- Support residents and families with guidance on health, wellbeing, and ongoing care
Requirements as a Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Active NMC Pin
- Previous nursing home experience
