CGS Construction & Foundations are expanding our site installation team within the telecoms sector due to a growing workload across multiple clients.
We’re currently looking to recruit an experienced PICW / Supervisor to join our team and support projects UK‑wide.
The Role
You’ll take a hands‑on role in the successful delivery of works, including:
- Health & Safety documentation and compliance
- Early engagement in project planning
- Site supervision and delivery
- Producing handover packs upon completion
- Problem‑solving on live sites
Required Competencies
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Full First Aid
- Streetworks (Operative)
- CAT & Genny
- 360 Excavator (above & below 10T) – beneficial but not essential
- Additional training (including e-learning for specific client sites) can be arranged.
Ideally based around Hemel Hempstead (HP2 7BT).
Projects are UK‑wide, with midweek staying away required job to job.
Work for a niche company in the telecoms sector that specialise in helical pile foundations and general civils (compound builds, steel work, utilities).
We are a growing business with long-term opportunities for the right people to progress in their careers.
We’re looking for someone to start ASAP and would also consider a 2‑man gang, provided the second person has the relevant plant/civils tickets and experience to form a self‑sufficient team.
