Working with world‑class brands as aRegional Business Development Manager, you will take responsibility for driving corporate and fleet sales growth across your region, delivering outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers.
In this field‑based role, you’ll proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, build long‑term relationships with SME and large fleet customers, and represent the Volkswagen brand with professionalism and credibility at every touchpoint.

What you’ll do day to day
- Developintegrated fleet sales solutionsfor SME and large corporate customers across your region
- Proactivelyprospect and develop new fleet opportunities, maximising business potential and customer retention
- Manage relationships professionally to achievehigh levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Represent Group 1 and Volkswagenin a professional and credible mannerat all times
- Prepare and presentfinance quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all activity complies withFCA regulationsand maintain regulated status
- Ensure compliance withData Protection and GDPRstandards when handling customer data
- Work collaboratively with OEM, lease company partners, marketing, and internal teams

- Proven success in aB2B sales environment, ideally within corporate automotive or fleet
- Demonstrated ability toachieve targets and develop long‑term commercial relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage aregional, field‑based territory
- Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High levels of professionalism, commercial awareness, and self‑motivation
- Full UK driving licence essential
