Overview

Registered Nurse (Turkish Speaking) at Draycott Nursing & Care

Location: Kensington (W8), London, United Kingdom. This role supports a VIP client on a 24/7 rota basis within a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with the client and building strong, lasting relationships
• All aspects of daily living
• Oversight of health needs
• Supporting with physiotherapy and exercise programmes
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary private team including PT, dietitians, carers and a medical concierge
• Ensuring the continuity of safe, kind, effective, person-centred care
• Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service
• Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via the care management app
• Being aware of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
• Observing and following Draycott Nursing’s Health and Safety policy

Qualifications and requirements

• You must be a qualified Nurse (Adult preferred), Band 5 and above
• You must have a valid NMC PIN (required)
• Previous experience in domiciliary care is desirable but not required
• Must be fluent to a business level in Turkish
• Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (or have current Update Service status)
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship
