As Group Head of Estates and Facilities, you will bring these values to life—creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and inspired.

The Role

As a senior leader reporting to the Chief Finance and Commercial Officer, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Estates and Facilities team across multiple sites
  • Deliver safe, compliant, and future-ready environments for learning and work
  • Drive the implementation of a 5-year Estates strategy
  • Oversee all facilities services including maintenance, security, health and safety and cleaning.
  • Champion health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Manage budgets, resources, and contractor performance to maximise value
  • Support capital projects and estate transformation initiatives.

You are a confident leader with a passion for operational excellence and people development. You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in estates/facilities within complex, multi-site environments
  • Experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and risk management
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources
  • The ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and at times hands approach on with a drive for continuous improvement
