I’m working with a growing specialist lender looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to support their expanding sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience and strong organisational skills who is looking to build a career within real estate or commercial lending.
The Role:
- Supporting Business Development Managers in originating new real estate finance opportunities
- Reviewing new lending enquiries and carrying out initial desktop assessments
- Preparing indicative loan terms and progressing opportunities with brokers and clients
- Coordinating meetings and preparing deal files for the sales team
- Proactively identifying and developing new broker and client relationships
What they’re looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with clients and brokers over the phone
- Previous sales experience – property or finance exposure is beneficial but not essential
This is an office based role and a great opportunity to join a supportive sales environment and gain exposure to property finance transactions and broker relationships.
