Responsibilities
- Administer consultants’ and residents’ study leave, recording and monitoring their study leave.
- Produce and summarise financial reports for the PGMC Manager.
- Organise and administer Study Leave applications.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Study Leave Committee chaired by the Deputy Director of Postgraduate Medical Education.
- Handle incoming emails and correspondence appropriately and effectively.
- Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails and enquiries.
