OCS – DBS cleaning supervisor – Birmingham

Cleaning supervisor required to work for an education establishment in the Birmingham area.

• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high cleaning standards.
• Allocate daily tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Provide training for new staff and ongoing guidance for the team.
• Carry out performance reviews and address any issues professionally.

Hours: Monday-Friday – 3.00pm – 6.00pm

Pay: 12.71 – 13.00 per hour
