Production Engineer!
Magnus Search are looking for a Production Engineer to join a rapidly growing company based in Exeter! Where you will be working Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30 and Fridays 07:30 – 14:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and implement production and process improvements
- Support lean ways of working to improve manufacturing efficiency and output
- Support new product introduction and change requests to ensure production‑efficient and safe designs
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to improve processes
- Assist with operating instructions, reports and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
Qualifications
- HNC / HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline
- Experience delivering manufacturing and process improvements in batch production
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Quality experience including DFMEA / PFMEA
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Project management experience and a collaborative approach
