Responsibilities

• You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with teams across client services, fund accounting, trade operations, treasury, and compliance to build, improve, and support core systems.
• This is a hands-on engineering role combining development + production support, where you’ll design new features, troubleshoot live issues, and help modernise legacy systems in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

• Strong experience with SQL / relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake or similar)
• Experience supporting production systems (debugging, fixing, releases)
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing, and engineering best practices
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements
• Experience in middle office / trade ops / fund systems is a strong plus
