Working closely with the Lead Developer, you’ll play a key role in both the development of new in-house web applications and the ongoing improvement of existing systems. The environment is hands-on and collaborative, with a real focus on building solutions that are used day-to-day across the business. You’ll be involved across the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements through to development, testing and deployment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a smaller team where you can have real input, take ownership of your work and see the direct impact of what you build.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining web-based applications using C# and ASP.NET
- Working across both backend and frontend elements of the stack
- Supporting and enhancing existing systems used across the business
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
- Contributing to new feature development and ongoing system improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Understanding of the full development lifecycle
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
