Exciting role! Our client is looking for an HR & Reward Systems Project Consultant to join them asap. This role goes beyond just configuring a system – it’s about understanding the complex reward and payroll frameworks and translating them into actionable system data. From building truly reliable dashboards to offering in-depth Total Rewards and payroll expertise, this position is essential for client success.
Responsibilities
- Understand reward and payroll frameworks and translate them into actionable system data.
- Build reliable dashboards and provide Total Rewards and payroll expertise to support client success.
- Engage with senior HR, Reward, and Payroll stakeholders to guide key implementation decisions and ensure pay and rewards systems can withstand regulatory scrutiny.
- Translate regulatory requirements into system configurations that are robust, compliant, and auditable.
- Instill confidence in clients that their configurations are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Qualifications / Experience
- Hands-on experience with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EUPT), including understanding reporting requirements and structuring payroll and reward data to meet those standards.
- Experience in enterprise HR and Reward delivery with the ability to translate requirements into actionable system configurations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to guide decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
