The Opportunity:
The Social & Community Manager will take ownership of an existing, high-performing social presence, focusing on evolving content and increasing engagement. This is a hands‑on role with real autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys nurturing meaningful connections as much as driving performance.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and brand teams and have real influence over tone of voice, content direction, and how the brand connects with its audience day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimising an established social media presence across key platforms
- Creating engaging, on‑brand content that builds connection and loyalty
- Deepening community engagement across comments, DMs and wider community touchpoints
- Acting as the voice of the brand – authentic, warm and knowledgeable
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns and launches
- Using insights and performance data to refine content and community strategy
About you
- Proven experience managing social channels for a consumer brand with an existing audience
- Strong content instincts and a clear understanding of what drives engagement
- Community‑first mindset – you care about relationships, not just reach
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth or scale‑up environment
- A genuine interest in wellness, health or positive living
