Refuge Family Support Specialist (Evenings & Weekends)

FCWA is seeking a Refuge Family Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to women and children in a refuge setting. The role involves regular client contact, documenting casework, and signposting to local services.

It requires empathy, discretion, and the ability to work within safeguarding policies. The post includes an evening and weekend rota, on-call one week in four, and pro rata holiday entitlement.
