Designated Safeguarding Lead & Family Support Specialist

Brandhall Primary School in Oldbury is seeking a proactive DSL/Family Support Worker to join safeguarding and pastoral team. This role combines strategic safeguarding leadership with direct family support to help vulnerable pupils access learning.

You will identify barriers to education, work with external agencies, support attendance, and uphold confidentiality while delivering compassionate, trauma-informed support to children and families.
