Recruitment Consultant – IT Sector – London
Minimum 2 years’ Recruitment Experience
Responsibilities
- Develop a target account list and communicate the company’s value proposition to both prospective and existing clients through discovery calls and meetings.
- Attend industry meetups and relevant networking events.
- Build succession plans by identifying and engaging high-quality senior passive talent in the market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within complex organisations, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business and objectives.
- Analyse client business needs, challenge perspectives where appropriate, and help drive change by creating a sense of urgency around solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and effectively manage the sales pipeline within internal systems and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within the recruitment industry.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence and willingness to make cold calls and develop new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding account revenue growth targets.
- Experience with consultative sales, including ROI-focused solution selling, strong discovery skills, and prospecting ability.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility, lead meaningful business discussions, diagnose client needs, and identify appropriate solutions or resources.
