Personal Assistant

£30-35k per annum

North West London

About the role

Reporting directly to the Director, this fast-paced and rewarding role provides support across multiple business interests. It’s a varied position offering exposure to several areas, including finance, operations, property management, and project coordination.

This opportunity would suit a proactive and driven individual with prior executive or personal assistant experience. Experience within property is advantageous, though a strong interest in the sector and willingness to learn is equally valued.

Key Responsibilities

Director Support:

  • Assisting with general personal administration, including insurance, travel, and day-to-day organisation
  • Supporting with ad hoc personal tasks as required

Business Support:

  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary
  • Supporting with office management and coordination
  • Handling email management and correspondence
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business
  • Supporting project management workflows and processes
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organised documentation

Property & Investment Support:

  • Assisting with oversight and coordination of a property portfolio
  • Liaising with property management teams to produce reports and track investment progress
  • Supporting project management of ongoing developments, including coordination with surveyors and valuers
  • Assisting with drafting planning applications
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of key documents and reports
  • Managing stakeholder communication
  • Maintaining structured systems and documentation across projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a PA, EA, or similar support role
  • Exposure to property or finance, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and work independently
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • A team player with a flexible and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
