This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with experience in estate agency sales, lettings, or valuations who is looking to specialise in investment property and landlord portfolio sales . This role is ideal for a confident negotiator who can identify private landlords, secure new instructions, and build long-term relationships with investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s managed portfolio and strengthening its position within the residential investment property market . Key Responsibilities – Estate Agent / Property Valuer Conduct property valuations (sales and lettings) to secure new landlord and vendor instructions Generate new business opportunities through estate agency lead generation and landlord acquisition Identify and approach private landlords looking to sell or restructure property portfolios Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers Attend property networking events, auctions, and industry meetings to generate leads Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings transactions through to completion Support growth of the branch and contribute to overall estate agency business development strategy Assist in mentoring junior estate agency staff where required Candidate Requirements – Estate Agent / Valuer We are looking for a motivated and ambitious estate agency professional with a strong understanding of the UK residential property market .
