Property Valuer – Estate Agent (Sales & Lettings, Investment Focus) South Wales (Hybrid Working Available) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry Keywords: Estate Agency, Property Valuation, Lettings, Sales, Investment Property, Landlord Acquisition We are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent / Property Valuer to join a fast-growing investment and lettings agency in South Wales . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with experience in estate agency sales, lettings, or valuations who is looking to specialise in investment property and landlord portfolio sales . This role is ideal for a confident negotiator who can identify private landlords, secure new instructions, and build long-term relationships with investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s managed portfolio and strengthening its position within the residential investment property market . Key Responsibilities – Estate Agent / Property Valuer Conduct property valuations (sales and lettings) to secure new landlord and vendor instructions Generate new business opportunities through estate agency lead generation and landlord acquisition Identify and approach private landlords looking to sell or restructure property portfolios Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers Attend property networking events, auctions, and industry meetings to generate leads Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings transactions through to completion Support growth of the branch and contribute to overall estate agency business development strategy Assist in mentoring junior estate agency staff where required Candidate Requirements – Estate Agent / Valuer We are looking for a motivated and ambitious estate agency professional with a strong understanding of the UK residential property market . Minimum 1 year experience in estate agency (sales, lettings, or valuations) Proven track record of winning landlord instructions or property listings Confident in business development and networking within the property industry Ability to build rapport with landlords and property investors Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (company car provided after probation) Property Valuer experience Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator background Exposure to investment property, portfolio landlords, or HNW clients Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote)~ Company car provided after probation~ Clear career progression within a fast-growing investment-focused estate agency~ Ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development~ No weekend working – excellent work-life balance~ Opportunity to work within a specialist property investment and lettings agency
