Growth Marketing Manager – Design-Led Contemporary Womenswear Brand

Fella & Jones is exclusively partnered with a Design-Led Contemporary Womenswear Brand to find an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the brand’s digital presence, social media strategy, and growth. Candidates will have full 360 experience across PPC, SEO, Paid & Organic Search, Affiliate marketing, and extensive expertise in managing social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Role Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on paid social media, budget optimisation, and revenue growth. The role demands a data-driven approach, prioritising customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance across SEO, PPC, CRM, and, most importantly, social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise social media marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Work with external media agencies to drive PPC and paid social performance.
  • Provide regular trend reporting and offer actionable optimisation insights.
  • Map out long-term performance strategies for sustained growth.
  • Daily sales reporting and weekly & annual trade analysis.

Ideally, You Will

  • Have proven experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social across major platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Be proficient with Shopify Plus.
  • Have experience working with external media and creative agencies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Have an analytical mindset, with experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
