About the role

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Commercial Directors, Procurement, and the Head of Finance to maximise commercial opportunities, drive performance, and support strategic decisions. You’re pivotal in delivering insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting growth.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a proactive business partner to commercial teams — providing insight, challenge and strategic support

  • Manage consignment reconciliation, margin analysis and commercial performance reviews
  • Present commercial performance updates at Weekly Trading Board meetings

  • Proven experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Advanced Excel skills
