Up to £45,000 + Bonus | Days | Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
Working collaboratively in a team environment you will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, minimising down time, whilst also developing and improving production lines.
- Using your mechanical engineering skills to optimise injection moulding and extrusion processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across production lines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
Requirements & Qualifications
- Have extensive experience of plastic injection moulding machinery and production processes
- Be mechanically biased, with knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics
- Possess excellent trouble shooting and problem‑solving skills
- Be proactive, hands‑on, and willing to support wherever needed
