Business Development Manager – The Opportunity
Top Property professional wanted! Are you currently working as a Lettings Manager or Branch Director in central or north or north west or East London and looking for a new challenge? May be you are a successful BDM in the property space and looking for a solid challenge? We are looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Property Professional who has proven success in Residential Lettings in the London area – in particular central, north west and east London.
This is a role to be part of our expansion of our property portfolio and it will attract an OTE of £50,000 to £70,000+.

Based in the heart of a vibrant area in Kilburn we have over 200 residential properties under management. Role Description
Your role is the acquisition of new properties to let, for our social housing portfolio (Housing Enterprise Solutions (HES)) across your specialist area. Our expectations are that you can bring on 3 new properties per month by generating business yourself.

What We Can Offer You
- OTE: £50,000+ pa employed
- Basic £30,000 pa plus commission, plus quarterly bonus
- 28 days Holiday including bank holidays
- NEST Pension scheme
- Commission only freelance roles available: £70,000 OTE.
