Procurement Specialist

We’re working with a growing, well-established business that’s continuing to invest in its operations.

They’re now looking to hire a Procurement Specialist to help develop and strengthen their procurement function.

The role

This isn’t a typical BAU procurement role, it’s a hands-on position where you’ll be involved in both day-to-day sourcing and helping shape how procurement operates across the business.

You’ll be:

• Running end-to-end procurement (RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation)
• Supporting the setup of procurement processes, governance, and frameworks
• Working closely with stakeholders across tech, finance, and operations
• Managing supplier relationships and performance
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving supplier consolidation

A big focus will be around bringing structure and consistency into an evolving environment.

What they’re looking for

• Around 4–7 years experience in procurement / sourcing
• Strong experience with supplier management and contract negotiation
• Exposure to indirect spend (tech experience is a plus)
• Confident working with stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, less structured environment
• Experience working with procurement systems and tools (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, P2P platforms)
