Role Overview:
They are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate Solicitor to join their dynamic property department. This role focuses on providing commercial property support within the corporate real estate team, specifically in the retail, leisure, and logistics sectors. You will primarily handle landlord and tenant work and real estate finance, contributing to a busy and thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality advice on a wide range of commercial property matters.
- Manage your own caseload while supporting senior team members with complex transactions.
- Engage in marketing efforts, including writing reports and seeking networking opportunities.
- Meet budgeted hours and fees consistently throughout the year.
- Be open to short-term secondments with clients as necessary.
- Uphold the principles of exceptional client service and contribute to team goals.
- Conduct legal research proactively, both upon request and independently.
- Perform additional duties as required, aligned with your role.
