As Registered Home Manager, you will: Provide strong, visible leadership across all aspects of residential and dementia care Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding standards, and internal quality frameworks Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, budgets, staffing, and quality outcomes Promote continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery You will play a key role in maintaining a calm, homely environment while ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and personalised care.
We are seeking a Registered Home Manager with: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Proven experience managing residential and/or dementia care homes A strong understanding of CQC compliance and inspection readiness Confidence managing larger services and complex care environments A genuine commitment to person-centred care and team development Performance-related bonus Autonomy to lead a high-quality, established service Long-term career progression within a respected care home group
