What you’ll be doing:Building and developing your own desk in a sector of your choiceDriving proactive sales and developing strong relationships with clients and candidatesSourcing, matching & guiding candidates through the full recruitment processAdapting to market trends and delivering results with energy and confidenceWhat we’re looking for:
Previous recruitment/sales experience with a proactive approachConfidence in building relationships with clients and candidatesAdaptable, resilient, and able to move with the marketA genuine desire to deliver outstanding resultsFull driving licence (essential)What we’ll give in return:
