Synchro is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organisation to hire a PHP Developer!

This is an excellent opportunity for a PHP developer with React frontend experience who wants more ownership and influence. You’ll take responsibility for three existing React/PHP applications – maintaining, improving, and modernising them – with a longer-term opportunity to help transition systems into a future .NET environment (.NET experience not required).

The Role

• Own and support three core business applications
• Enhance existing React / PHP systems
• Help shape future migration to .NET
• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
• Improve coding standards, processes, and delivery
• Support CI/CD, testing, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience maintaining live systems
• CI/CD exposure
