We are a small but growing team focused on scaling our platform and partnerships, and we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead growth initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business growth with outbound activity, while collaborating with SDR, partnership, and marketing teams to refine target accounts
  • Target thoughtful accounts and articulate the benefits of RemoFirst, engaging with internal teams to refine the target account profile
  • Present demos and take a consultative approach to illustrate RemoFirst benefits for prospects
  • Close accounts at a high velocity
  • Track and report progress using the company CRM
  • Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on the sales process and sales tech stack

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role
  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a strong plus; EOR experience is a bigger plus
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Proven track record of quota attainment, handling complex deals, and exceeding KPIs
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment
