Utility Surveyor
Normanton, West Yorkshire – you’ll typically work from the office one to two times per week. You will need to travel across the country for sites and must hold a full clean driving licence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking site work using GPR and EML techniques for on‑site service clearance in preparation for intrusive site investigation works.
- Processing and drafting utility mapping projects to PAS128 standards.
- Managing ongoing projects.
- Liaising with external clients and internal site investigation teams for project scheduling.
What we’re looking for:
- Good level of experience with utility mapping surveys using electromagnetic detection and ground‑penetrating radar.
- Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
- Self‑motivated, diligent, integrity and ambition.
- Willingness to travel around the UK.
- Adherence to technical and operating procedures with strong health and safety awareness.
