Responsibilities
- Lead on the preparation of peatland surveys, feasibility studies, and Peat Management Plans.
- Contribute to technical chapters of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs).
- Deliver high-quality environmental consultancy services with a focus on peatland restoration, management and assessment across a range of sectors.
- Carry out site surveys in rural locations as part of a hybrid office/site role.

What’s Required
- Strong experience in peatland hydrology, ideally within consultancy
- Strong knowledge of the Peatland Code and Peatland ACTION framework
- Direct experience in undertaking peatland surveys and writing technical assessments
- A relevant environmental degree and membership of a professional body (working towards Chartered status)
- Full UK driving license
