City Experience Required
A well‑established London firm is seeking a finance lawyer with approximately 3–4 years’ post‑qualification experience to join its collaborative, fast‑growing banking team. The group advises on a wide spectrum of financing structures, with a strong tilt toward real estate finance—around 70% of the work—alongside exposure to corporate and general banking matters.
The Role
You’ll step into a genuinely varied portfolio spanning secured and unsecured lending, bilateral and syndicated arrangements, acquisition and project finance, real estate funding, and other complex transactional work. The partners encourage lawyers to operate across both lender and borrower mandates, giving you scope to broaden your skill set and work on nuanced, cross‑border matters.
The Team
The practice is led by a Head of Banking with elite‑firm credentials and a track record of developing talent. The group includes another partner, a newly qualified lawyer, and a senior associate, creating a balanced team dynamic where you can carve out your place and progress meaningfully over time.
