Geography Teacher

Location: Essex

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract: Temporary (until July 2026)

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

• Teaching Geography across KS3, KS4, and KS5 (A‑Level)
• Planning and delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress
• Contributing positively to the wider department and school community
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Geography at KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
• The ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities
• A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
