About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a busy warehouse team based in Wellesbourne, CV35. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a role with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Checking products for quality and accuracy
• Preparing items for dispatch
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets
• Supporting the wider warehouse team as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is helpful but not essential
• Own transport is preferred due to the location
