We’re looking for a Content Manager to own the day-to-day across all platforms – someone who can turn ideas into high performing, high volume content that drives real results.

This isn’t just about posting.

It’s about making sure everything we put out cuts through, converts, and stays true to the brand.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering content across all Made by Mitchell owned channels, ensuring a consistent, high impact presence every single day.

You’ll work closely with our Education Team, Live Team, and Content Creators to plan, produce, and optimise content that drives engagement, growth, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Delivery

  • Own the daily content output across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to launches, campaigns, and events
  • Ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and delivered at pace

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the Education Team to turn expertise into engaging, scalable content
  • Work with the Live Team to amplify live shopping moments and maximise reach
  • Coordinate with creators and talent to produce fresh, relevant content

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track content performance and identify what’s driving views, engagement, and conversion
  • Continuously optimise output based on platform trends and data
  • Spot opportunities quickly and react in real time

Content Production Oversight

  • Manage shoot planning, briefs, and output to ensure a constant flow of content
  • Maintain high standards across editing, format, and storytelling
  • Ensure we’re always pushing creative boundaries while staying commercially focused

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social/content for a brand or creator led business
  • Deep understanding of TikTok-first content and platform trends
  • A strong commercial mindset – you care about what performs, not just what looks good
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage high volume output at speed
  • Confident working with multiple teams, creators, and fast-moving priorities
