Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead strategic, enterprise‑level application development and maintenance programmes. In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks. You will manage budgets, resources, and schedules across teams, driving the timely and quality implementation of complex system changes. Your focus will include leading the development and continuous improvement of retail credit processes, procedures, and controls. You will provide governance and guidance on risk systems strategy and support bank‑wide strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape project delivery excellence while mentoring project teams and ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and governance across multiple ADM projects.
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for credit systems and processes.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and report on project performance and outcomes.

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Mastery of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and programmes.
  • Strong financial, risk, and compliance awareness.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic alignment and project delivery excellence.
  • Industry standard intermediate to expert level project management certifications, i.e. PMI PMP.
