Office Director – Cambridge | £90,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Progression

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the Cambridge office operationally, commercially, and strategically.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Cambridge office (team, delivery, performance)
- Grow and strengthen key client relationships across the region
- Drive new business and work-winning activity
- Oversee project delivery across multiple schemes
- Mentor and grow an already established team
- Work closely with the wider leadership group on regional strategy
Whether your background is Project Management or Commercial, the focus is the same leadership, growth, and delivery.
