An excellent opportunity to work for a fast growing and technology focused organisation who are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their commercial team. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team Making 40-60 outbound calls per day using provided data to engage new prospects Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders Updating and managing the CRM system, capturing key insights and using AI-driven tools to refine your outreach approach Keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales journey and supporting the closing process where required Continuously refining your approach by analysing performance and adapting your style to different audiences Confidence in building new relationships, both internally and externally The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language The discipline and consistency required to succeed in a sales environment We are proud of the diverse and inclusive community we have built, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and perspectives.
