What you’ll do

Own demand generation and make every campaign count.

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, paid search, email, webinars, and events — targeted at CISOs and security teams.
  • Run HubSpot marketing automation: workflows, lead scoring, nurture sequences, landing pages, and attribution.
  • Drive product-led growth: build campaigns and conversion strategies that turn early adopters into engaged prospects.
  • Track everything. MQLs, SQL conversion, pipeline value, CAC — you’ll own the numbers and optimise relentlessly.
  • Work with Brand, Content, Sales, and Events to make sure campaigns are sharp, on-message, and driving real pipeline.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven demand generation experience in B2B tech or SaaS. You’ve built and optimised digital campaigns that drove real pipeline.
  • Expert-level HubSpot skills — workflows, automation, forms, reporting. You’re not learning on the job.
  • Analytical and data-driven. You test, iterate, and let the numbers decide.
  • You understand the full funnel — from first touch to closed deal — and you care about what happens after the MQL.
  • Experience with product-led growth. You’ve driven adoption, activation, and conversion in a self-serve model.
