Job Overview
Senior Practitioner – South Manchester Later Life Community Mental Health Team (Etrop Court, South Manchester).
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester, M22 5RG
Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team manager, including performance management and staff development.
- Stand in as team manager in their absence.
- Assist with day‑to‑day operational management of the team.
- Participate in the Services Management Team for overall management of community‑based secondary mental health services.
- Take part in the service on‑call rota as required.
- Deliver a user‑focused, recovery‑oriented service, ensuring delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (MATS, Functional and Organic) in line with the OACMHT standard operational procedure.
