A specialist building safety and remediation contractor is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to lead their growing pre-construction function.
The business has secured major remediation programmes with large residential developers and is delivering projects across London and the South East ranging from £1m – £40m.
Overview
The Role
You’ll oversee the pre-construction process and manage the technical coordination of remediation schemes before they go to site.
You will also manage and grow the current team which includes:
Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-construction process across multiple remediation projects
- Manage consultant coordination (Fire Engineers, Structural Engineers, Designers)
- Implement strong technical and pre-construction processes
- Support project mobilisation and delivery teams
- Help build and develop the pre-construction team

Construction experience is preferable ideally within:
However the business is open to candidates with strong pre-construction or technical coordination experience.
