As a Deputy Manager you will the Home Manager in the daily running of the home. Create a warm, homely environment by helping with daily activities and paperwork. Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care. Springfield House is made up of 2 homes with a ‘Whole approach’ which are registered to support 9 young people. Our management team is made up of 1 Registered manager and 2 Deputy Managers to support. We focus on the health and wellbeing of our young people, promoting activities and days out as often as possible. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
